• Identify and prioritize opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing expenses.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to outline requirements and key success metrics.
• Manage project budgets, potential risks, timelines, and dependencies effectively.
• Engage with internal and external partners to facilitate automation initiatives.
• Support ERP and finance process improvement projects as part of broader transformation efforts.

• Proven track record in delivering successful automation and process improvement projects in complex environments.
• Strong grasp of business process mapping, optimization, and re-engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Experience with automation technologies (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, etc.) is valuable.
• Project management certification (Agile / PRINCE2 / PMP) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Finance or ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
