We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong ERP implementation experience to support data discovery, migration, reporting, and governance activities. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and meaningful use of data across core business systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Discovery & Requirements Gathering
Partner with business stakeholders to capture reporting and data requirements.
Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting hierarchies.
Assess current data structures and processes to inform ERP design.
Data Migration & Mapping
Map legacy data into new ERP structures.
Cleanse and standardize master data (customers, vendors, materials, GL accounts, etc.).
Support data enrichment, validation, and post-migration reconciliation.
Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Infor EPM).
Translate business requirements into data models and queries.
Ensure master data aligns with reporting needs.
Master Data Governance
Define and document data standards, validation rules, and naming conventions.
Contribute to the implementation of data governance frameworks.
Work with data owners and stewards to maintain data quality.
Testing & Validation
Test reports and dashboards for accuracy and reliability.
Validate completeness of ERP and reporting outputs.
Documentation & Training
Create documentation for data definitions, business rules, and reporting logic.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on effective data usage.
Post-Go-Live Support
Monitor data quality and reporting performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data management.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in data analysis, ideally within ERP implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of master data domains and governance principles.
Skilled in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or equivalent) advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data migration tools.
Understanding of financial and supply chain data structures.
Background in fast-paced industries such as FMCG is beneficial.
