Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned D365 Functional Consultant to join our client, a driving force in digital transformation across media, services, and BI domains. This role focuses on translating business needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions, guiding configuration, data design, and process optimization within ERP ecosystems. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value—on time and aligned with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirements discovery sessions with stakeholders to map current-state processes and design future-state ERP solutions within Dynamics 365.
- Configure and customize D365 modules to meet business objectives, including finance, procurement, sales, and project operations.
- Collaborate with data architects to plan data migration, integration points, and data quality controls.
- Provide analytical insights and functional guidance to support decision-making and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards across ERP implementations.
Requirements- Proven track record as a D365 Functional Consultant with hands-on experience across at least two of the following modules: Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, or Project Operations.
- Experience with the full project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Microsoft Power Platform familiarity and integration knowledge with D365 is desirable.
- London-based or willing to relocate to London with a valid work visa.
- References and case studies to demonstrate successful implementations are preferred.
