Job DescriptionWe are collaborating with this organization to recruit a talented BI Engineer, pivotal in converting data into valuable insights. This role encompasses the creation of effective reporting tools and visualizations to support informed business choices. The ideal candidate will engage with different teams to capture requirements, analyze data thoroughly, and produce impactful business intelligence outputs.
Key Responsibilities- Craft and execute data models that enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Create and sustain interactive dashboards and detailed visual reports.
- Work alongside stakeholders to pinpoint vital metrics and reporting specifications.
- Manage data cleansing and validation processes to assure data integrity.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Offer assistance and resolve issues related to BI tools and technologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and propose improvements to BI methodologies.
Requirements- Demonstrated experience as a BI Engineer or in a comparable analytical position.
- Solid understanding of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Expertise in SQL and foundational data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data warehousing principles and ETL tools.
- Strong analytical abilities accompanied by effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficient communication skills for clear presentation of insights.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related discipline is desirable.
