Job DescriptionWe are collaborating with this organization to recruit a Testing Services Lead who will play a vital role in steering testing operations within their infrastructure projects. This position requires a strategic mindset to ensure that all testing services uphold both internal expectations and external quality benchmarks. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in utilities and technology, alongside project management expertise, to guarantee the effective implementation of testing procedures and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the planning and execution of testing activities relevant to projects in the Utility Services sector.
- Manage the creation and upkeep of testing protocols to ensure alignment with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to determine testing needs and project timelines.
- Evaluate testing outcomes and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance operational performance and service quality.
- Guide and oversee a team of testing engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and ongoing improvement.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in testing methodologies and endorse quality assurance across the organization.
Requirements- Demonstrable leadership experience within the utilities or testing services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration in diverse team settings.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards pertinent to the utility services domain.
- Possession of a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
