• Lead the Intelligence Leads initiative by coordinating meeting agendas, documenting outcomes, and monitoring tasks across domains such as product development and compliance.
• Align quarterly roadmaps and objectives focused on optimizing Snowflake, managing AWS initiatives, and implementing data governance protocols.
• Develop and execute strategies for vendor management while closely monitoring budgets and forecasts.
• Guide the migration from legacy systems to a modern, Snowflake-based streaming architecture.
• Establish comprehensive data governance and retention policies, including PII anonymization measures.
• Promote best practices in engineering, enhancing change management processes and incident response strategies.
• Set principles and ethical guidelines for AI applications, including predictive modeling and MLOps.
• Lead the development of flagship AI products that prioritize customer needs, such as chatbots and advanced analytics.
• Encourage a data-centric AI environment focused on feature stores and automated data quality.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-caliber talent in data engineering and product management.
• Improve team structures to boost performance and nurture a positive work atmosphere.

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in developing substantial data and analytics platforms, including 7 years in leadership roles overseeing teams of 20-30 professionals.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering production-grade ML/AI solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of analytics technologies such as Snowflake, AWS services, and MLOps tools.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in optimizing costs within cloud environments.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate strategic visions and inspire cross-functional teams.
