Solution Architect (Ref: 198177)

Seeking a senior Infor M3 Solution Architect to support a complex, multi-country ERP transformation within a European manufacturing/FMCG organisation.

The programme has an established internal Architecture & Integration team, but requires an experienced specialist to strengthen M3 solution architecture, technical governance and delivery controls.

• Strong, demonstrable Infor M3 solution architecture experience.

• Experience delivering complex ERP implementations within manufacturing, FMCG or supply chain environments.

• Deep understanding of how M3 modules, business processes and integrations work together.

• Experience establishing configuration management, environment management and release management processes.

• Experience working across ERP integrations, legacy systems and wider enterprise application landscapes.

• Ability to introduce technical governance, structure and best practices into challenging or immature ERP programmes.

• Strong stakeholder management, particularly working with internal technical teams and external systems integrators.

• Ability to mentor internal teams and transfer knowledge.

• Strong, demonstrable Infor M3 solution architecture experience.

• Experience delivering complex ERP implementations within manufacturing, FMCG or supply chain environments.

• Infor OS / ION integration experience.

• Likely interim/contract.

• Potential start November 2026.

• Initial duration approximately 6 months, subject to confirmation.

• Central Europe preferred provisionally; travel/remote arrangements TBC.
