Our client builds specialised financial software that simplifies capital markets workflows for institutional clients. The organisation focuses on trade lifecycle automation, risk analytics, and regulatory reporting for banks, asset managers and market infrastructure providers. The engineering teams deliver scalable, low-latency platforms that integrate with trading venues and data providers.

The Senior Product Builder will lead product development for a suite of institutional trading and risk tools. The role combines product strategy, technical design and go-to-market planning to deliver solutions that reduce operational risk and accelerate client adoption. Success will be measured by on-time delivery, platform stability, client uptake and measurable efficiency gains for users.

• Define product vision and roadmap for institutional trading and risk features.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers and data scientists from concept to production.
• Translate client needs and market trends into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Drive technical decisions on architecture, APIs and data models to ensure performance and scalability.
• Manage stakeholder engagement including sales, compliance and key clients through the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product KPIs and iterate on features using quantitative and qualitative feedback.

• Minimum 7 years of product experience in financial software or trading systems.
• Strong technical fluency with distributed systems, APIs and data engineering concepts.
• Demonstrated track record building institutional products used by banks or asset managers.
• Experience working with trading protocols, FIX, market data feeds or post-trade processing is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
