Job DescriptionAre you an experienced loyalty specialist from an airline, luxury travel, retail or similar industry,
with specific experience operating a customer-focused and technology-based loyalty program? Become the pioneer in the new frontier of loyalty and retention marketing programming at The IRONMAN Group.
This role bridges strategy and hands-on-tools experiences to take The IRONMAN Group’s loyalty propositions and retention strategies towards new, data-informed, technology-driven programs.
1.Devise, maintain and grow loyalty programs within the portfolio of brands with a view to attract, retain and reward athletes, creating meaningful connections and long-term relationships, increasing overall lifetime value.
2.Drive marketing and awareness of the loyalty programming by building dynamic, and integrated promotional campaigns that drive action.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing, the post holder will be a results-driven individual who can motivate to deliver and iterate on a significant business milestone, collaborating and influencing with numerous stakeholders, internationally.

Lead the research and development of new holistic loyalty programs for identified brands, including digital platform identification and benefit structure and tiers.
Work alongside web, IT team and external agency for product development and
maintenance of programs.
Ensure end to end execution (both customer facing and back-end) of existing loyalty programs within The IRONMAN Group’s properties and transition into new holistic program as needed. This includes reviewing and automating enrolment and execution of membership benefits and maintaining smooth operation of programs.
RequirementsProven track record with loyalty programs, for example retail, luxury travel or airlines.
