Job DescriptionWe are collaborating with this organization to find a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer. This essential role focuses on driving the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that are vital to the organization’s digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will work closely with various business stakeholders to ensure that the incorporation of Salesforce functionalities is streamlined and contributes positively to the overall customer relationship management experience.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the implementation and customization of Salesforce Service Cloud modules to align with business goals.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret requirements, converting them into effective technical solutions.
- Enhance existing processes within Salesforce Service Cloud to improve operational efficiency and user engagement.
- Manage the integration of diverse modules within the Salesforce environment, ensuring they function cohesively.
- Offer technical advice and support to team members on utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud features.
- Participate in user training sessions, equipping users with the skills to effectively navigate Salesforce tools.
Requirements- Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including its configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer.
- Retail industry experience is a must.
- Proven hands-on knowledge of key Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, such as case management, knowledge bases, omni-channel service, and service consoles.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Lightning Components, and configuration utilities.
- Adept at translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Must be available to work on-site four days a week.
