We are assisting this organization in appointing a dedicated Project Manager to steward a comprehensive Dubai-based retail program. The incumbent will oversee omni-channel workflows—digital, CRM, and ecommerce—ensuring unified customer journeys and tangible ROI across markets.

• Articulate project boundaries, milestones, and success indicators for omni-channel programs within a retail landscape.
• Coordinate diverse teams—from technology and marketing to store operations and external partners—ensuring alignment and quality deliverables.
• Engage senior leaders with clear visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs, shaping informed decisions.
• Build and manage robust schedules, budgets, and resource plans for on-site delivery in Dubai.
• Lead governance bodies, monitor issues and risks, and drive timely resolutions to keep programs advancing.
• Advocate customer-first design, aligning initiatives with strategic goals and measurable ROI.

• Proven history delivering large-scale retail programs with emphasis on digital, CRM, ecommerce, and omnichannel platforms.
• Elite stakeholder management and executive-level communication capabilities.
• On-site presence in Dubai and readiness to thrive in a high-velocity GCC retail environment.
• Expert planning, risk management, and resource forecasting proficiency.
• Experience with agile and waterfall approaches; familiarity with ERP, CRM, and analytics ecosystems is advantageous.
