Job DescriptionThe Project Manager position involves overseeing and coordinating numerous projects across various operations within this organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within defined parameters, and adhering to budget constraints. Your leadership will be essential in improving operational efficiencies and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting for all assigned projects.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Effectively manage project budgets and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.
- Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on the status and results of projects.
- Implement process enhancements and best practices to improve project performance and efficiency.
Requirements- 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within the hospitality or food service industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies and associated tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- A proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a significant advantage.
