About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, adaptable Product Owner who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments. You’ll be responsible for owning the product backlog, writing high-quality user stories, and ensuring smooth collaboration across technical and cross-functional teams. If you're a power user of Jira, thrive in an agile (Kanban) environment, and are comfortable with shifting priorities and incremental delivery, we want to talk to you.

Product Owner - Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Jira subject matter expert – create and manage custom fields, filters, dashboards, and reports

• Own and manage the product backlog across multiple features and teams

• Write clear, technically-sound user stories and placeholder tickets (e.g., for infrastructure, UI, or API work)

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize and scope work

• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution

• Track progress and delivery in a Kanban-style environment, adjusting priorities as needed

• Contribute to a culture of iteration, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration

Product Owner – Key Requirements:

• 1–4 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role

• Advanced Jira user – beyond just entering tickets (e.g., reporting, custom workflows)

• Strong experience writing technical and business-driven user stories

• Comfortable working across multiple teams and domains simultaneously

• Startup mindset – flexible, delivery-focused, and iterative

• Experience in SaaS, platforms, eCommerce, AdTech, or Finance environment

• Strong communication and documentation skills
