Job DescriptionThe Principal Product Manager will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product strategy for AdTech solutions that incorporate advanced technologies. This key role not only demands strong leadership in product management but also requires a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining products that enhance targeting, measurement, and attribution capabilities for advertising campaigns. This role calls for significant collaboration across various teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that product goals are met and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the AdTech suite.
- Interface with customers to gather insights and understand their needs for product enhancements.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and subsequent evaluations.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to innovate AI-driven product features.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy.
Requirements- A minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience within the AdTech domain.
- Demonstrated success in delivering scalable AdTech products, including DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic advertising.
- Experience in technology-first organizations focused on advertising technology solutions.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies and their application in product innovation.
- Outstanding skills in product discovery, execution, and managing stakeholder expectations.
