We are collaborating with this organization to recruit a Director of Analytics & Insights specializing in BioPharma, tasked with revolutionizing clinical trial operations through the strategic use of extensive data resources. This remote position offers an attractive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000, along with a 25% short-term incentive and additional long-term incentives. The core aim of this role is to enhance clinical trial capabilities by advancing patient recruitment strategies, promoting diversity, and examining disease-specific feasibility, thereby attracting new therapeutic opportunities and sponsors.

The selected candidate will oversee a variety of strategic initiatives that further the organization’s clinical trial ambitions, which were initiated in 2022. The role requires substantial collaboration across different departments to commercialize clinical trial data offerings, leveraging significant patient-level data, evaluating recruitment potentials, and aiding in therapy-specific trial designs.

• Direct the strategic planning and operational execution for Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Insights products to meet sales objectives.
• Regularly interact with client business and technical teams to create detailed project plans and guarantee a seamless onboarding experience.
• Contribute to quarterly leadership meetings, assessing business performance and identifying risks ahead of client engagements.
• Build strong relationships with commercial teams to clarify operational models for Insight and RWE product proposals.
• Establish a reputation as the key subject matter expert for product operations while effectively managing communication regarding product onboarding timelines.
• Exhibit expertise in complex project management and stakeholder engagement, focused on product deployment excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to identify new growth opportunities and work with product teams to influence future product development strategies.
• Create a framework to measure operational excellence with clear performance indicators to evaluate organizational success.
• Lead and mentor team members, instilling the organization’s core values in all project endeavors.

• Proven experience in fostering and maintaining relationships throughout all organizational levels, particularly with executive leadership.
• Comprehensive understanding of biopharma research and development cycles, alongside experience working with large biopharma companies and CROs.
• Expertise in designing and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with overall business goals and budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in either a direct or matrix management style.
• Skilled in influencing and engaging with executive stakeholders.

• A minimum of five years of experience in financial decision-making roles.
