Forsyth Barnes recently partnered with a Consumer Goods business that is looking to further grow out their Digital Marketing Analytics team. This position will be responsible for managing a small team and looking across projects with Web Analytics, Campaign Measurement, Segmentation in CDP and more.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with analytics platforms and 5+ years in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in statistical modeling, data visualization, and extracting insights from data.
• Proven leadership in building and managing digital analytics teams, with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive data-informed strategies to enhance marketing efforts, boost customer acquisition and retention, and improve conversion rates.
• Oversee the development of integrated data frameworks, incorporating web analytics, experimentation methodologies, and personalization technologies to enhance AI/ML-experiences.
• Develop and implement advanced measurement systems to gain deeper customer insights, improve online interactions, and strengthen marketing strategies.
• Support international digital projects by maintaining accurate data, enhancing analytics processes, and introducing solutions that boost user engagement and site efficiency.
