• Demonstrated responsibility for diversified portfolios, complex investment decisions, or multi-asset capital allocation.
• Strong capability in financial analysis, valuation, investment appraisal, risk assessment, and portfolio performance interpretation.
• Proven experience evaluating growth companies and converting investment theses into actionable recommendations.
• Practical understanding of partnerships, joint ventures, transaction processes, and post-investment value creation.
• Executive presence with the credibility to influence investment committees, senior leaders, shareholders, and external partners.
• Commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to make balanced decisions under uncertainty.
