Job DescriptionProject Manager - Enterprise Applications – Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a seasoned PMO leader to steer multiple enterprise transformation programmes at our client, a public-facing organization driving digital modernization. The successful candidate will establish governance frameworks across Oracle Fusion deployment, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation, CRM enhancements (Microsoft Dynamics), and broader IT initiatives including infrastructure and expansion programmes. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to ensure successful, on-time outcomes across parallel workstreams.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement a robust PMO operating model spanning governance, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement across multiple programmes.
- Own the delivery cadence for large-scale initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Elevate programme-level reporting to executive sponsors, translating complex status into actionable insight.
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure coherent delivery plans and issue resolution.
- Champion best-practice project management methodologies, tools, and governance artefacts, including risk registers and RAID logs.
Requirements10+ years of Project/Programme Management experience in enterprise settings.
Proven track record delivering ERP, CRM, and EPM projects; Oracle Fusion exposure is highly desirable.
End-to-end delivery experience (design, planning, implementation, go-live).
Strong governance, PMO structuring, and documentation discipline.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate a semi-government environment with political astuteness.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
