Job Title: PMO Analyst (6-Month FTC) Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote Salary: £45,000 pro-rata Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview This organisation is seeking a proficient PMO Analyst to engage on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in providing essential support across multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to track progress, address risks, and uphold governance standards.

• Evaluate project health to accurately categorise initiatives as Amber or Red.

• Facilitate governance activities, including the management of RAID logs, preparation of status reports, and enforcement of project standards.

• Assist in the development and regular updating of Resource Allocation and Budget (RAB) documentation for projects.

• Oversee and coordinate updates to resource plans across the project portfolio.

• Support budget management efforts by tracking actual spending against forecasts.

• Organise project meetings, documenting outcomes and preparing materials for steering committees and key stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar project support role.

• Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles and governance methodologies.

• Ability to identify risks and issues effectively, with appropriate escalation skills.

• Familiarity with Resource Allocation and Budget (RAB) processes and basic financial tracking.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in working autonomously within a hybrid working model.
