Job DescriptionJob Title: PMO Analyst (6-Month FTC) Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote Salary: £45,000 pro-rata Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview This organisation is seeking a proficient PMO Analyst to engage on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in providing essential support across multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to track progress, address risks, and uphold governance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate project health to accurately categorise initiatives as Amber or Red.
Facilitate governance activities, including the management of RAID logs, preparation of status reports, and enforcement of project standards.
Assist in the development and regular updating of Resource Allocation and Budget (RAB) documentation for projects.
Oversee and coordinate updates to resource plans across the project portfolio.
Support budget management efforts by tracking actual spending against forecasts.
Organise project meetings, documenting outcomes and preparing materials for steering committees and key stakeholders.
RequirementsProven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar project support role.
Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles and governance methodologies.
Ability to identify risks and issues effectively, with appropriate escalation skills.
Familiarity with Resource Allocation and Budget (RAB) processes and basic financial tracking.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in working autonomously within a hybrid working model.
