They are seeking a Partnership Manager to play a key role in managing relationships with partners and driving the commercial success of the club’s sponsorship programs.
Job DescriptionThe Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day account delivery of commercial partnerships and ensuring the effective execution of sponsorship activations and campaigns. This role involves working closely with internal teams, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure all commercial rights and partner expectations are met.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about football and sports partnerships, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of commercial rights for the club’s partners.
Oversee the activation and execution of sponsorship programs, ensuring all obligations are met.
Coordinate partner experiences such as matchday events, player appearances, and brand activations.
Develop and execute marketing and activation plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Measure and report on the ROI of partner campaigns and activations.
Work with senior executives, governing bodies, and partners to ensure effective program delivery.
Create case studies, proposals, and presentations to support new business development efforts.
RequirementsA passion for football and sports partnerships.
Strong account management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships.
Creative, innovative, and able to think ahead to deliver tangible results.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A collaborative team player who can also work autonomously.
Previous experience in sports marketing or partnership delivery is highly desirable.
A graduate (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
