Job DescriptionThe Oracle Netsuite Programme Director will play a key role in steering the implementation and optimization of the Netsuite platform throughout this organization. This pivotal position calls for a strategic leader with extensive expertise in program management and ERP systems. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring that the program aligns with the organization's business goals while boosting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the planning and execution of the Oracle Netsuite implementation, ensuring smooth integration with current systems.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish project requirements and objectives.
- Track project progress, tackling obstacles and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and provide project updates to senior management.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and effective use of Netsuite.
- Continuously evaluate performance metrics and enhance processes for increased efficiency.
Requirements- Demonstrated experience as a Programme Director or in a similar leadership role within ERP implementation.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Netsuite and its functionalities.
- Outstanding project management capabilities with a proven history of overseeing large-scale programs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Analytical mindset paired with strong problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications in project management or ERP systems are preferred.
