Job DescriptionThe Head of Marketing will lead a comprehensive marketing agenda covering brand, demand generation, partner initiatives, events, communications, and content. This leader will align marketing outcomes with revenue targets, establish performance measurement, and translate technical services into clear market propositions. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and delivery leadership and responsibility for agencies and partner relationships across North America and offshore teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own brand positioning and corporate messaging for target enterprise audiences
Design and execute demand generation programs tied to pipeline and revenue metrics
Lead partner marketing initiatives with strategic technology alliances and ISVs
Plan and oversee executive-level events, customer forums, and board engagements
Manage content strategy across thought leadership, case studies, digital, and social channels
Establish marketing attribution frameworks and performance dashboards
Coordinate cross-functional GTM programs with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams
Manage external agencies, vendors, and distributed marketing resources
Requirements12+ years of B2B marketing leadership with experience in IT services, data analytics, or technology consulting
Proven ability to run end-to-end marketing in a matrixed enterprise environment
Experience engaging enterprise buyers across multiple verticals
Track record building performance marketing engines and measuring pipeline impact
Strong event and executive engagement experience
Exceptional executive communication skills and board-level presentation experience
Experience working with global teams and partner ecosystems
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced marketing qualification preferred
