We are collaborating with this organization to identify a skilled IT Cutover Lead who will drive the technical cutover efforts for their SAP ERP & IS Retail transformation initiative. This essential role encompasses developing a detailed integrated cutover plan, steering mock runs and rehearsals, and managing the crucial go-live weekend. The selected candidate will engage with various teams, including infrastructure, data migration, integration, basis, and security, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems that aligns with business readiness.

• Lead and manage IT cutover initiatives for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of infrastructure frameworks, data migration methodologies, and system integration protocols.
• Coordinate and execute rehearsals/mock runs to guarantee preparedness for go-live.
• Demonstrate calmness under pressure while showcasing outstanding organizational abilities to navigate cross-functional dependencies.
• Uphold IT compliance, effectively manage risks, and formulate rollback strategies.
• Be self-sponsored for work in the UAE, as the position does not provide visa assistance.

• Proven experience in executing IT cutover activities for large-scale ERP systems, with a preference for SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, data migration processes, and methodologies for system integration.
• Demonstrated history of leading and managing mock runs and coordinating successful go-live activities.
• Ability to remain composed in challenging situations, coupled with exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple dependencies.
• Familiarity with IT compliance standards, risk management practices, and rollback strategies.
