We are collaborating with this organization to recruit a proficient Change Lead. This role is critical for executing a significant transformation project focused on Order SAP Retail. The Change Lead will play an essential role in the overall SAP transformation strategy, working closely with the Systems Integrator to guarantee the successful implementation of the transformation framework. The ideal candidate will be key to both the delivery and execution phases of this initiative.

• Oversee the change management processes linked to the SAP Retail transformation.
• Collaborate directly with the Systems Integrator to ensure that project milestones are achieved efficiently.
• Formulate and execute strategies that minimize disruptions during the transition period.
• Drive engagement among stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Provide hands-on support and advice to teams transitioning to new systems and processes.
• Regularly evaluate and enhance the change management strategy to optimize project outcomes.

• Proven experience in change management specifically associated with SAP systems.
• Must be eligible for full-time employment in the UAE without needing sponsorship (self-sponsored).
• Experience in SAP retail is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude and ability to collaborate closely with SAP teams.
• A hands-on approach, with a strong emphasis on execution and delivery.
