As the next step in their expansion, our client is seeking to appoint a new Associate Partner to join the global leadership team. Based in Dubai or Riyadh, this role offers the opportunity to advise high-profile clients internationally and drive transformational change across the sports ecosystem.

This position is ideally suited for a senior consulting professional with a passion for sport, a strong track record at a top-tier firm, and the ability to lead both client engagements and internal growth initiatives.

• Deliver high-impact, strategic advice to senior clients on value creation, audience growth, and sporting development

• Identify and drive new business opportunities, supporting the firm’s global expansion

• Lead and manage client projects, ensuring delivery of exceptional outcomes

• Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to C-level stakeholders

• Oversee client communications and problem-solving processes

• Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture

• Contribute to internal firm-building and leadership activities

• Proven consultancy background, already operating at Associate Partner level
