about the roleAbout Us
Our client delivers consulting services across accounting, financial reporting, finance operations, ESG and technology, supporting organisations with complex transformation and performance priorities. Founded in 2022 by former KPMG and EY leaders, this organisation combines advisory expertise with practical delivery capabilities across management consulting, business services, software and financial technology. Its growing platform is positioned to help clients modernise finance functions, strengthen reporting and adopt enterprise solutions such as Oracle Fusion.
With a specialist focus on finance-led transformation, the organisation works at the intersection of business process improvement, technology implementation and regulatory or sustainability requirements. Its work gives experienced consulting professionals the opportunity to shape client outcomes while contributing to the development of a focused advisory business.
Job DescriptionThe Associate Director – Oracle Fusion will provide senior leadership across Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programmes, with responsibility for delivery governance, programme control and client confidence. This role will bring structure to complex initiatives spanning multiple stakeholders, workstreams, modules or geographies, ensuring that implementation activity remains aligned with business objectives, commercial commitments and agreed outcomes.
Success will involve more than maintaining plans and reporting progress. You will advise clients on programme strategy, delivery sequencing and implementation discipline while strengthening governance across major Oracle ERP, EPM or related transformation engagements. The position also carries a practice-building remit, including support for proposals, Statements of Work, estimation, account development and the coaching of consultants. Based in Dubai, you will work with clients and delivery teams across the UAE and wider GCC region.
The opportunity suits a confident Oracle transformation leader who can move between executive-level discussion and detailed programme management. Strong performance will be reflected in predictable delivery, transparent decision-making, trusted stakeholder relationships, high-quality commercial support and the development of capable project professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Direct PMO leadership for complex Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM transformation programmes from mobilisation through delivery and transition.
- Shape integrated programme plans covering scope, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues and benefits realisation.
- Design and operate governance frameworks that enable timely decisions, clear accountability and effective escalation.
- Prepare executive reporting, steering committee materials, delivery dashboards and recommendations for corrective action.
- Coordinate business, technology, systems integration and client leadership stakeholders across multiple workstreams or locations.
- Advise on implementation roadmaps, programme phasing, operating models, delivery methodologies and transformation priorities.
- Protect delivery quality by monitoring change control, assumptions, dependencies, commercial obligations and programme health.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, Statements of Work, account planning, solution shaping and effort estimation.
- Help develop the Oracle transformation offering, including reusable methods, governance assets, delivery standards and client propositions.
- Coach and mentor consultants, project managers and PMO professionals in structured delivery and effective client engagement.
Requirements- Possess 10 to 12 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise transformation or complex IT delivery environments.
- Offer at least five years of PMO or programme management experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle ERP or Oracle EPM initiatives.
- Show a strong record of leading medium- to large-scale Oracle implementations involving multiple modules, workstreams, business units or countries.
- Demonstrate practical command of programme controls, including integrated planning, financial management, risk and issue management, dependency tracking and change control.
- Understand Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities across areas such as Finance, SCM, HCM and EPM, together with the delivery implications of integrating these domains.
- Translate complex transformation requirements into clear roadmaps, phased plans, governance arrangements and executive-level decisions.
- Communicate confidently with C-suite sponsors, finance leaders, technology executives, implementation partners and operational stakeholders.
- Bring experience contributing to business development through proposals, RFPs, Statements of Work, pricing inputs, resource models and delivery estimates.
- Demonstrate the leadership maturity required to influence without direct authority and maintain momentum through ambiguity or competing priorities.
- Have a track record of developing junior consultants and improving project management capability within a consulting or transformation practice.
- Offer experience supporting clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or the broader GCC region; regional exposure is strongly valued.
- Hold or be working towards relevant credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Oracle Cloud certifications; these will be advantageous.
- Understand the potential application of analytics, automation or artificial intelligence within ERP and EPM transformation environments.
- Bring experience from a leading professional services, management consulting, technology consulting or systems integration organisation.
Benefits- Take ownership of high-visibility Oracle transformation programmes with direct influence over delivery quality and client outcomes.
- Work across advisory, technology and finance transformation assignments rather than operating within a narrow delivery-only remit.
- Gain exposure to senior stakeholders and complex organisations across Dubai, the UAE and the wider GCC market.
- Contribute to the growth of a specialist consulting platform where delivery methods, propositions and standards can be shaped in practice.
- Build commercial leadership experience through involvement in proposals, account development, solution design and engagement planning.
- Develop others through mentoring, coaching and participation in the evolution of the Oracle consulting capability.
- Receive a competitive compensation package aligned with the seniority, market value and scope of the position.
- Access meaningful opportunities for professional progression within a growing advisory and technology environment.
OtherThe role is based in Dubai and will involve engagement with clients and delivery teams across the GCC. Travel may be required in line with programme needs, stakeholder commitments and regional client activity.
Candidates should be comfortable combining strategic oversight with hands-on intervention when programme performance, governance or stakeholder alignment requires it. Experience across Oracle ERP, EPM or adjacent enterprise transformation environments will be considered where it demonstrates comparable scale, leadership and delivery discipline.
