Job DescriptionThis organization is seeking a forward-thinking and experienced VP of Sales to enhance revenue and partnership growth while leading and developing their sales team. This vital role merges sales leadership with the implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to make substantial individual contributions while serving as a mentor, excelling in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with proven success in high-growth start-ups or scale-ups.
Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and enhance a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives, fostering a motivated and performance-driven sales environment.
Craft and implement sales strategies aimed at driving revenue and expanding the organization's market share.
Oversee the complete sales cycle for key accounts, guiding the team from initial outreach to successful closure.
Develop scalable sales processes, establish clear performance metrics, and ensure accurate reporting to support consistent growth.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and R&D departments to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
Forging long-lasting relationships with clients and partners while identifying new opportunities and channels for growth.
Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier sales talent, instilling a culture of accountability and high performance.
Adopt a hands-on leadership style, leading by example in both strategic planning and execution.
RequirementsDemonstrated experience as a senior sales leader or VP of Sales in a rapidly growing start-up or scale-up environment.
Strong expertise in building and scaling sales teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Verified history of successfully driving revenue increases and executing strategic deals.
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing teams of 5–10 or more individuals.
Exceptional leadership and talent development skills, complemented by outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
A strategic mindset combined with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Preferred qualifications include experience in B2B2C sales models and familiarity with sectors such as Mortgages, FinTech, PropTech, Lending, or Vertical SaaS; multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew) will enhance global outreach efforts.
