At Vori, we’re building the modern operating system for grocery — connecting retailers, distributors, and suppliers on a unified platform. As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you’ll lead the design and development of our web applications, shaping the technical direction of our product and mentoring the next generation of Vori web engineers.

• Lead technical direction for our web platform, setting best practices in architecture, performance, and reliability.

• Design and build scalable, high-quality user experiences with React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.

• Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to define and deliver end-to-end features that power daily grocery operations.

• Mentor and guide engineers, driving growth, code quality, and alignment across teams.

• Contribute hands-on as a senior IC while influencing system design and long-term technical strategy.

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Deep expertise in React, modern frontend ecosystems, and full stack development .

• Proven ability to design complex systems and guide them from concept to production.

• Experience leading projects or teams, with strong mentorship skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Track record of shipping polished, reliable web products in fast-paced environments (startup or equivalent).

• Ownership and influence — shape technical direction at both feature and platform levels.
