Since 1986, our client has built a connected pet-care offering that supports customers from everyday product purchases through to ongoing wellbeing and enrichment.
Job DescriptionThe Senior UX Designer will improve digital experiences across pet retail and connected care services. Success in this role means turning complex customer needs into intuitive, accessible journeys that support discovery, decision-making, booking and ongoing pet care.
Working with product, technology, research and operational partners, you will shape solutions from early problem definition through validation and delivery. Your influence will extend across individual features and broader experience patterns, helping create consistent and commercially effective customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Define UX approaches for priority ecommerce and pet-care initiatives.
- Translate research, analytics and customer feedback into clear experience improvements.
- Design journeys, flows, prototypes and interfaces for web and digital service experiences.
- Validate concepts with users and apply findings to strengthen final outcomes.
Requirements- Strong professional experience designing digital products, platforms or services.
- A portfolio showing interaction design, prototyping, problem-solving and measurable outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma or a comparable design tool.
- Knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, usability testing and design systems.
Benefits- Shape digital experiences used by pet parents across retail and essential care services.
- Work on varied customer journeys spanning products, grooming, training, boarding and veterinary support.
- Influence meaningful problems from discovery through launch rather than focusing only on interface delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a high-impact, customer-focused environment.
OtherLocated in Phoenix, Arizona, this opportunity offers broad scope across a distinctive retail and service ecosystem. Experience in ecommerce, retail, marketplaces or other complex customer-facing products will be valuable, particularly where your work demonstrates clear thinking and improved user outcomes.
