Job DescriptionA brilliant opportunity for a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a thriving Club.
The Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager will secure high value partnership deals on behalf of the Club, lead on end-to-end sales processes and closing deals.
Working closely alongside internal teams, the Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager will create compelling partnership proposals and sales materials to help convert leads and grow the commercial partnership portfolio.
If you’re an experienced partnership sales professional with a track record of securing high value new partnership deals, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesFormulate and execute a robust sponsorship sales strategy that aligns with the club's objectives.
Identify potential sponsors and cultivate partnerships that yield mutual benefits for both sponsors and the organisation.
Negotiate sponsorship contracts while ensuring compliance with all terms, keeping open lines of communication with partners.
Assess market dynamics and competitor strategies to improve and tailor sponsorship proposals.
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated marketing solutions that heighten the visibility and engagement of sponsors.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of sponsorship initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
RequirementsProven track record in securing/closing high value sponsorship deals (+£750K)
Experience working in elite sports environments
Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, with a talent for building relationships with various stakeholders.
Strategic thinker capable of devising creative solutions to fulfill sponsor requirements.
Strong organisational competencies with the capability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
Able to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressured environment.
A genuine enthusiasm for sports and a solid understanding of the sponsorship ecosystem.
