Overview - Senior Business Analyst – Data & Business Intelligence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) to join a global Data Engineering and Business Intelligence (BI) team. This role plays a key part in driving data migration initiatives and delivering actionable insights by collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Business Analyst – Data & Business Intelligence

Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.

Create source-to-target mappings for data integration and migration projects.

Develop mockups and prototypes to support solution design.

Validate solutions to ensure they meet business expectations and technical specifications.

Facilitate smooth hand-offs and provide training/support to end users.

Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives.

Requirements - Senior Business Analyst – Data & Business Intelligence

5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Data Engineering and BI.

Proven expertise in cloud-based data migration projects.

Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).

Experience with source-to-target mapping and data integration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation capabilities.

Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
