The organisation integrates sensors, mechanical systems, and cloud analytics to support planting, harvesting, grading, and processing operations. The Product Lead will define strategy and deliver products that improve operational efficiency for growers and food manufacturers. The position owns the roadmap for integrated hardware-software solutions, translates field and plant feedback into prioritized initiatives, and coordinates cross-functional execution from pilot to scale. Success will be judged by adoption, measurable ROI for users, and accelerated time-to-market for new capabilities.

• Own a multi-year product roadmap aligned with commercial goals and customer outcomes.
• Lead field and plant pilots, capturing performance metrics and operational insights.
• Translate customer challenges into validated product requirements and value propositions.
• Prioritise features using business impact, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver releases, prototypes, and scaled deployments.
• Define success metrics and implement telemetry to measure adoption and impact.

• Minimum of 5 years in product management or product leadership, ideally within agriculture, food manufacturing, or supply-chain technology.
• Demonstrated ability to turn operational problems into commercially viable products.
• Experience leading teams across software, hardware, and field operations.
• Strong quantitative skills with experience in defining KPIs and measuring outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and executives.
• Ability and willingness to be based in or travel regularly to Springdale, Arkansas for customer engagement and team collaboration.
