Job DescriptionThe Product Lead will define strategy and deliver products that improve operational efficiency for growers and food manufacturers. The position owns the roadmap for integrated hardware-software solutions, translates field and plant feedback into prioritized initiatives, and coordinates cross-functional execution from pilot to scale. Success will be judged by adoption, measurable ROI for users, and accelerated time-to-market for new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Own a multi-year product roadmap aligned with commercial goals and customer outcomes.
- Lead field and plant pilots, capturing performance metrics and operational insights.
- Translate customer challenges into validated product requirements and value propositions.
- Prioritise features using business impact, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver releases, prototypes, and scaled deployments.
- Define success metrics and implement telemetry to measure adoption and impact.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years in product management or product leadership, ideally within agriculture, food manufacturing, or supply-chain technology.
- Demonstrated ability to turn operational problems into commercially viable products.
- Experience leading teams across software, hardware, and field operations.
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in defining KPIs and measuring outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and executives.
- Ability and willingness to be based in or travel regularly to Springdale, Arkansas for customer engagement and team collaboration.
