About the Role

This organization is looking for a talented Principal Data Scientist to take the lead in developing and enhancing AI Systems for personalized customer experiences in the digital retail space. • Design and implement innovative software algorithms and automated processes for the integration, cleaning, and analysis of large, diverse data sets.
• Engage in data manipulation across various domains, working in tandem with other data scientists and engineers to build efficient data pipelines.
• Articulate clear and actionable insights derived from extensive data analyses to various stakeholders.
• Contribute to key strategic initiatives and ensure their successful deployment within the organization.
• Manage planning, budget oversight, and realize outcomes, while establishing guidelines and strategic direction for the team.

• Direct experience in creating real-time recommendation systems tailored for digital commerce.
• Advanced skills in programming languages such as R, Python, and Spark, as well as proficiency in SQL for effectively manipulating large datasets in both on-premises and cloud-based environments, including Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and classic predictive modeling techniques (e.g., logistic regression, decision trees, and neural networks) accompanied by a proven track record of achieving impactful business results.
• Strong analytical skills that allow you to navigate complex data while synthesizing findings for actionable insights.
