Job DescriptionThe Partnership Sales Manager is a crucial position that will drive growth and foster relationships with essential partners. Your main responsibility will be to secure new long-term, high-value brand partners across a portfolio of UK music and entertainment venues. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to uncover opportunities, negotiate contracts, and successfully implement partnership initiatives that create mutual benefits.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full end-to-end sales process, from identification through to close, securing new brand partners.
Design and execute partnership strategies aimed at boosting revenue and strengthening the organisation’s market presence.
Identify potential partners and develop customised approaches to build and maintain relationships.
Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements while ensuring contractual compliance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to synchronise partnership objectives with organisational goals.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor tactics to spot new business opportunities.
Prepare reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders, updating them on partnership initiatives.
Attend industry events and networking activities to cultivate relationships and enhance brand visibility for the organization.
RequirementsProven track record in partnership sales within sports & entertainment (circa five years’ experience)
Experience building relationships with senior level stakeholders and able to hold their own
Self-starter, autonomous, team player, passionate about partnerships, creative thinker
