Job DescriptionThe Middle Office Technician plays a crucial role in facilitating the vital support functions that bridge trading operations with back-office activities. Key Responsibilities- Supervise trade confirmations and reconciliations to guarantee accuracy and compliance with industry benchmarks.
- Work closely with front office teams to address and resolve trade discrepancies or issues.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of middle office procedures to streamline workflows.
- Support the rollout of new systems and software tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Compile and assess reports related to trade activities and risk evaluations.
- Maintain seamless communication with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a financial services setting, particularly in a middle office capacity.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments and pertinent market regulations.
