The Role:Subject Matter Expert on fan engagement and the implementation of digital strategies to both grow customer bases and maximise commercial opportunities. Leading the customer-facing business analysis, solution scoping and project road-mapping in sales activities and initial customer engagements. Providing subject matter guidance and direction to established delivery teams working with fan data.Responsibilities:- Building and delivering presentations to prospective customers to demonstrate data activations (insights, campaigns, automations etc) based on unified data platforms
- Collating business requirements and crafting a solution to meet the needs
- Writing and inputting to proposals and RFP responses
- Liaising with Delivery team to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
- Leading the business outcomes from Pilot or other initial customer engagements (generally 4 to 12 weeks)
- Ensuring the work is mapping correctly to the customer's business requirements
- Hands-on data activation e.g. designing dashboards, specifying insights to be measured and output, assisting customer with marketing campaigns, specifying integrations to external systems eg SSO, CRM
- Project Delivery
- When requested, provide Subject Matter Expertise to delivery teams engaged on long-term data platforms supporting fan engagement
- Customer Relationship
- Lead business/outcomes-led communication with the customer
- Build collaborative, positive relationship with the customer
- Identify opportunities for developing and growing the relationship with the customer
Required Experience:- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a consulting role, specifically with a focus on data strategy.
- Strong background in account management with a consultative approach.
- Strong communicator.
- Proven expertise in project management, tailored to client-specific needs.
- Skilled in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Ability to independently drive business growth and client success as a dynamic and proactive professional.
- A hybrid working model, involving home-based work, customer visits and meetings in offices (e.g. London).
