Head of Finance (Ref: 190926)

Our client is transforming how specialty clinics deliver care by combining best-in-class operations with the power of AI.

• Build Finance 0 → 1: Stand up all core processes, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls.

• Hire & Lead: Build and manage a lean team, starting with a senior accountant and a finance operations specialist.

• Be Hands-On: Roll up your sleeves on everything from reconciliations to board decks; nothing is “too small” as we scale.

• Leverage AI: Deploy and experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and generate insights.

• Partner with Leadership: Report directly to the CEO and leadership team to shape growth strategy, track performance, and support fundraising.

• Scale with Us: Build scalable systems and reporting infrastructure that can support our team as we grow 3x in size.

• Board & Investor Reporting: Deliver transparent and compelling reporting packages to current and future investors.

• Experience working in investment banking/PE experience

• Start-up experience in a high growth industry. Ideally going through a funding round

• Full accountancy qualification

• Big 4 experience is essential

• Technology industry experience is preferred
