- Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze diverse datasets, including player performance, fan behavior, marketing, and revenue.
- Extract actionable insights using statistical methodologies and machine learning techniques.
- Present findings in clear reports, offering strategic recommendations.
- Data Infrastructure Enhancement:
- Evaluate and enhance data infrastructure for scalability and integrity.
- Implement solutions for efficient data collection, storage, and processing.
- Work with IT teams to maintain data pipelines and workflows.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Define KPIs to measure the impact of data-driven initiatives.
- Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement changes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business strategy development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and drive results through influence and leadership.
