Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Business Insights & Analytics Manager (individual contributor) to join our Consumer Brands business unit. In this role, you will lead the data analytics function, focusing on integrating multiple systems into enterprise reporting and managing syndicated database item placement.
You will design, maintain, and enhance enterprise data platforms and solutions, leveraging tools such as ERP systems and syndicated data providers to support strategic decision-making and business growth. This position offers high visibility within the organization and opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally to develop analytics solutions that improve business outcomes.
If you have deep expertise in data analytics, a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, and a proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights, this role is a great fit.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and execute the analytics roadmap, including technical design and development of enterprise data and analytics strategy.
Oversee the integration and management of data from ERP, syndicated, and customer POS platforms.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for analysis.
Develop and maintain data governance procedures.
Build advanced analytics solutions to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Continuously enhance analytics processes and methodologies.
Manage item placement processes for syndicated databases across U.S. and Canada.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in a data analytics or insights-driven role, ideally within consumer goods or agency settings.
Experience working with secondary/market research data.
Strong ability to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze syndicated datasets.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, macros, and analytics).
BenefitsBase salary range: $90,750 – $151,250 annually, with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
