• Design, build, and manage scalable backend systems that enhance real-time logistics workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to conceive and launch innovative features.
• Ensure backend architecture reliability and performance, optimizing systems for enhanced functionality and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers.
• Monitor system performance, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Document system architectures and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in backend development, ideally within a tech startup or dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js; familiarity with Go is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, effectively working across tech, product, and design teams.
• Preferred: Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, SQS) or within the logistics, SaaS, or B2B sectors.
