During my time at Forsyth Barnes I have had a natural affiliation to regulatory and compliance and have enjoyed the excitement of working in such a dynamic market. As GDPR comes into play in May 2018, my primary focus has been helping my clients prepare for the regulation, during this time I have had positive reviews on my consultative approach and my ability to deliver full GDPR project teams in a fast-paced market.

I joined Forsyth Barnes with two goals. The first – becoming an expert within my market, I want to know what’s happening before it’s even happened and my second goal is to become the best possible consultant I could be. I specialise within the placement of SAP professionals on both a technical and functional basis. My time is spent networking with candidates and high-profile clients on a day-to-day basis which allows me to grow constantly within my role and market. I came from Birmingham to the capital knowing it was going to be a challenge but have always known what I wanted to be – successful. I can’t wait for the journey ahead!
I’ve been working at Forsyth Barnes since September 2017 and I’ve loved it! During my time here I’ve learnt more about building and running a desk than I did in my previous years in recruitment. I am fast approaching my 11th year in recruitment. My career has focused on specialised industry and sector recruitment including Finance, Education and Executive Search Consultancy. Since joining Forsyth Barnes I have already established partnerships with SME and Enterprise organisations and is currently working on multiple projects recruiting for Executive level candidates across his specialism, working with some leading Insurance and Financial Service organisations.
Operating at the senior level in the Fintech market means I get to rub shoulders with some of the smartest people in the world and I am constantly engaged in the next big thing in the space. The clients I am working alongside are constantly in the news, working on the latest and greatest in technological advancements in the financial markets! There is a huge variety in the projects I am involved in, from global change strategies, sales leadership, IT development through to product marketing and development. Possessing over a decade of experience in the City’s heavily competitive Human Capital industry, I joined Forsyth Barnes’ Senior Management Team as a Junior Partner to our inspirational founders Scott Parsons & Roheel Ahmad in June 2017. I head up the hugely successful London based “Executive Search – Permanent” team, with industry focuses and alignments such as, but not limited to: Retail, Telco, Finance Services, eCommerce, FinTech & InsurTech, Software, Gaming & Gambling. As well as working very closely with a broad variety of Start-Ups and connections into Venture Capitals & Private Equity firms. In the last 6 months the team has grown over 100% and continues to expand even further into 2018 and beyond.
I head up the HR and Talent Acquisition functions at Forsyth Barnes. I spend a lot of my time here searching for great people to join our team, otherwise I’m doing the ‘HR stuff’ and occasionally get stuck into some marketing, conferences, and awards entries too! My passion lies within growth and development and that’s why I joined Forsyth Barnes. I’ve taken the team from 10 in 2016 when I started, to over 30 at the end of 2017 and – watching the careers and individuals develop is my biggest ‘pride point’ so far. At home, I’m a typical girl… Love my kitties, food – roast dinners on Sundays, festivals and any type of live music!
I look after the Academy team at Forsyth Barnes and I am also responsible for the training and development for all consultants in London, Nottingham and Leeds. I joined FB as I have always wanted to be a part of something great and am a firm believer in organic growth. I have promoted three consultants out of the academy so far, and I’m really looking forward to being a part of their journey.
