Graduates are put through a structured and carefully measured 12 week training program which has been over a decade in development. This includes one to one training, group sessions, mentoring and shadowing, coupled with learning by doing. We promote this proactive mentality, and believe it is important to learn by failure as well as successes.
We don’t sugar coat it, the job is demanding and can be tough, especially in the first 6 months.
