Incentives, Rewards & Market-Leading Commission Scheme: Culture Matters at FB.

We have always been incredibly proud of the culture we have nurtured here at Forsyth Barnes, and believe in rewarding the hard work of our employees above all else. That’s why we boast not only an incredibly competitive commission scheme of up to 50%, but also why we offer an incentive ladder providing cars, luxury shopping trips and holidays – to name but a few!

Our team are still raking in their bonuses and incentives, and whilst we wait patiently for flights and activities to get back up and running we wanted to share with you some of our team’s favourite experiences, gained through their hard work, determination and ambition to succeed.

First up is our Fintech specialist Ashley Griver, who enjoyed an entire weekend driving around in a Ferrari after his incredible billings.

Our Sports manager, Graham Hutchison, toured New York City in a helicopter, soaking in the views over Central Park and the Statue of Liberty after his hard work saw him shoot up to level 6 on our incentive ladder!

Thirdly is Graham’s brother Grant, who heads up our Etail division and specializes in placing C-Level and NED professionals across the UK & Global Markets. Grant has worked incredibly hard for over three years, and has raced up the ladder earning director lunches, luxury shopping sprees and holidays, but most prized is his brand new Audi, gifted by FB after soaring up to level 11.

Of all these, perhaps the greatest incentives Forsyth Barnes offers are our company holidays, which historically have included Miami, New York, LA; and Dubai the second safety permits! We spare no expense with these trips, rewarding the efforts of our team with five star accommodation, unforgettable experiences and all expenses paid.

Whilst we share our team’s disappointment that this summer’s trip is delayed until flights resume and it’s safe to travel, we cannot wait to make Dubai bigger and better than ever! Here are some of our favorite team pictures from our trips around the world:
