Brief Overview:
Forsyth Barnes are currently working with an exciting gambling & gaming business in the New Jersey area who are seeking a VP of Retention to join an exceptionally talented team. The business are expanding at an incredible rate and are looking for someone who is innovative, proactive and forward thinking in order to help create and implement a new CRM strategy to drive customer loyalty and transactional value.
 
VP of Retention – Responsibilities:
Deliver the business CRM plan ensuring it is delivering the best experience, using most up to date software and programmes that will create customer engagement and therefore loyalty.
Through teams deliver highly tailored CRM and report on the value.
Embed CRM in the overall business communicating its value to all teams in delivering overall business targets.
Strategize, plan and execute on lifecycle marketing campaigns (via social, email, SMS, onsite, etc.)
Lead, inspire, and nurture a team of high-performing marketers to meet their goals, motivate them through challenges and ensure they have the support and coaching they need to excel and grow in their careers.
Own the development and execution of the customer lifecycle strategy to nurture, retain and grow our market share vs. key competitors, and drive customer loyalty to the brand.
Analyse and report on business performance.
Keep a finger on the pulse of latest industry advances to keep the CRM up to date and ahead of competitors.
Responsible for delivering highly targeted CRM campaigns and with an ability to show how your strategies have driven value for both customers and the business.

 
VP of Retention – Requirements:  
Experience in the Gambling/Retail Industry Ideal.
Expertise in CRM and Journey building.
Expertise in building a loyalty program.
Experience managing/leading a team.
