Brief Overview:
Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a rapidly growing Gambling & Gaming business based in London looking for a VP of Marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a business that are going through a large growth period and are looking for a marketing expert to drive sales in the UK and Internationally.
The VP of Marketing will have a strong commercial focus, who understands how to generate revenue through digital and direct marketing delivering YOY growth. The right individual will have extensive management experience, and experience working in a fast paced and rapidly growing businesses environment.  
VP of Marketing- Responsibilities:
Drive consumer retention through a mixture of loyalty programs, customer acquisition, maximising CLTV (incl CRM and merchandising), and branding.
Manage marketing concepts ensuring they are line with the company's overall strategy.
Design strategic marketing plans and budgets that align with our growth objectives.
Identify and open up new channels for scale growth especially Omni Channel and Above the Line opportunities
Develop e-commerce accounts/platforms and to give required product sales support to close business successfully.  
Plan and create the communications strategy and control the brand standards in all promotional material, passion for analysis, reporting and improving ROI of marketing activities.
Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to the brand vision.

VP of Marketing – Skills:
Experience as a VP of Marketing or equivalent.
Must have experience within gambling & gaming industry.
Experience of full marketing mix (Brand, Product, Digital etc.).
Experience in driving loyalty programs, customer acquisition and maximising CLTV.
