Brief Overview:    
Forsyth Barnes have partnered with one of the most exciting Cosmetic brands in the US. Due to this tremendous growth, the business is now looking for a VP Marketing Strategy to be part of the senior leadership team. The business are going through a rapid growth period and are looking for someone to help continue this growth by improving brand marketing.

They have a unique and very exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for cosmetics/beauty.
 
As the VP Marketing Strategy you will be running the department, managing the team & helping to develop & implement our global marketing strategy. It will be your responsibility to assist the company's growth both through creative ideas and analytical understanding of our performance. You will be the key contact for all external partners such as PR and Digital Advertising agencies and will provide them with relevant assets, to ensure that our brand's voice is consistent throughout all brand communication channels.
   
VP Marketing Strategy – Responsibilities:
Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
Keeping up to date with market research and customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
Oversee brand cost of goods across all categories. Deliver continuous in-depth weighted cost of goods analyses to ensure brand stays on budget. Drive value analysis for existing product line as applicable.
Set the strategic vision of content creation and consumer targeting laddering back to brand strategy that includes multi-media and platform specific content with clear creative deliverables, timelines and budgets.
Direct the management of global social platforms to enhance brand equity, building a strong and engaged following that translates into brand love and sales; focus on mobile first, social first and video first mindset.
Lead 360 concept brief development for platform and story activation for global campaigns and programs ensuring a holistic approach addressing the needs of all functions and regions.
Become fluent in the brand voice and uphold brand standards across all digital touchpoints, whether executing internally or working with external agency partners.
Ensure a 360 execution: each touch point, social, CRM, media, events have to all contribute to brand strategy and activation planning.

 
VP Marketing Strategy – Skills:
10+ years marketing experience in consumer products
Experience in cosmetic industry a plus
Social and Digital Marketing expert
Proven experience of building and driving a global brand strategy across US and further international markets.
Experience working within a fast paced, growth environment.
