Brief Overview:    
Forsyth Barnes have exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing Fashion brand in the US. The business is now looking to expand their DTC offering across both their brands and as such the business is now looking for a Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to be part of the senior leadership team. The business are looking for a digital first marketing expert to lead the Marketing Division; Digital Growth & Retention, Creative Marketing, Ecommerce and Client Services teams to help define the Company's vision and business strategies for the branded division and other brands.
 
They are a fast paced, innovative company who have predominantly been a wholesale based business but over the past two years have invested into their DTC offering which has resulted in huge growth. They have a unique and very exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for disrupting the market through being agile, innovative and fast to deliver best quality fashion products.
 
As the Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing you will be leading the evolution of the brands current digital capabilities while also defining and building out the e-commerce capability. You will be the author for the digital business and writing the exciting story of taking this business to a $50M+ organisation.
   
Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing – Responsibilities:
Responsible in developing and leading overall ecommerce and digital marketing P&L. Including SEO and SEM with projected returns on investments.
Lead and maximize of third-party relationship in order to support the long term growth of digital.
Clearly defined and articulate value proposition of ecommerce strategy across channels (pure play, omni channel and with wholesale partners).
Identify new growth vehicles and strategies to meet sales and profit expectations.
Lead and create integrated marketing programs to develop customer acquisition and retention objectives.
Establish and build key internal and external partnerships in support of increased profitability regarding customer service, marketing, site design, order fulfillment and technology advancement.
Inure maximization of site functionality.
Analyze and make recommendations on all marketing programs that best support the direct -channel and provide acceptable and measurable KPIs and ROI.
Develop 360 marketing plan for all product launches including but not limited to seasonal collections.
Develop positive relationships with internal and external partner leadership.
Create actionable and results-oriented branded media and marketing strategies linked to commercial impact
Drive growth strategies, including customer segmentation and targeting tactics to drive first-time and repeat purchases across digital channels.
Produce case studies to showcase competitive advantages through relevant reporting and analyses to share learnings, gaps and opportunities to optimize sales and drive the business further.
Establish and implement plans to coach, motivate and develop individuals on the team-with clarity on goals and growth plans.

 
Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing – Skills:
Expertise in delivering across performance marketing, Ecommerce and retention channels.
Experience in building and managing a team.
Experience within a consumer facing environment (Fashion would be advantageous).
Dynamic leader with proven track record of leading organizations through significant change and growth.
A strategic, analytical thinker who understands marketing and customer behavior.
