Title: VP, Customer Insight's & Analytics
Salary: Up to $300,000 + Bonus, Benefits and Stock
Location: New York (Hybrid)

This is a great opportunity to work with one of the top Global retail brands and support across numerous other brands with M&A of data capabilities and guide strategy moving forwards. As a business, they are passionate in leveraging sophisticated models and advanced analytical techniques to improve products, customer insights, store capabilities and customer experience, both physically and digitally.  
As a VP Customer Insights & Analytics you will be the key leader to drive data driven decisions, turning insights into tangible actions. This includes recommendations, predictive models for customer acquisition & retention analysis, customer segmentation, lifetime value analysis and optimization of CRM campaigns.  
You will lead and mentor a highly driven team to develop analytical models, extract business insights and create dashboards, provide KPI's to meet key business objectives and ensure there is an educational piece on the utilization of data across the enterprise.  
Key Requirements:
Previous experience at a Senior/Executive level across Advanced Analytics/Customer Insights including predictive analytics, customer segmentation, customer insights and campaign analysis.
Must have proven experience in the Retail/Ecommerce, Consumer, Cosmetics or Wholesale industries.
Great team leading and strategic vision to bring innovation to the table.
Want to work within an hybrid office environment and take part in key strategic meetings at an Executive level.
