Brief Overview: Forsyth Barnes are on the search for a skilled and motivated Forecasting Supply Chain Manager. You will support the wider business in the achievement of strategic objectives and ideally will bring experience working with and the implementation of demand forecasting systems.
 
The client is a highly established and award winning Retail organisation that are embarking on one of Europe's largest ERP implementations! Due to growth, they have the need for a Replenishment manager to join their high performing team in the West Midlands.

Forecasting Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:
Forecasting – demand, supply and pricing.
Reporting – utilising your analytical skills to create reports for forecasting and stakeholders
Presenting your forecasts and projection to your peers and stakeholders
Leadership and development of analysts and assistants
Identifying new opportunities to increase efficiency and improve performance
Providing regular update to wider business

 
Forecasting Supply Chain Manager Requirements:
Excellent communications and stakeholder management
Ability to prioritise, multi task and work towards deadlines
Mindset – highly motivated, analytical, logical
Experience in forecasting and replenishment systems
Experience of FMCG forecasting at either Supplier & Retailer desirable
Experience of working with and implementation of demand forecasting systems required (E.g SAP)
