Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + Benefits (DOE)

Brief Overview:        
Excellent opportunity has arisen to work with one of UK's fastest growing AdTech/SaaS providers who are official partners with Google, Microsoft and Facebook. The business offer specialist services that enables businesses see drastic ROI by allowing organisations to utilise data in order to provide insight that can be acted on in real time. Due to this growth the business have now exclusively partnered with Forsyth Barnes to search for a number of Lead PHP Developers.          
   
As Lead PHP Developer you will be expected to lead a growing development team of around 8 developers and be task in being hands on whilst driving the team to achieve overall business objectives. In return the business offer remote working, training and development opportunities and a great working culture.  
         
Lead PHP Developer – Responsibilities:
Responsible for the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
You will be expected to solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges whilst building efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
You will report in to a senior IT lead and will be expected to coach and mentor junior Developers within the business.

 
Lead PHP Developer – Requirements:
Experience managing remote based teams, with team size of 6-8
Proven software development experience in PHP
Experience within a SaaS/Software environment is advantageous
Strong hands on experience with experience using Docker and Laravel
Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook etc)
